Eat This: White Bean Bruschetta

Toasted baguette bread (this on its own, hello!), smeared with thick, savoury white bean mash, and best of all… topped with chilli flakes, thyme and a golden drizzle of olive oil. Tell me that’s not going to be delicious!

Now back to wishing I was a food photographer. Assuming I get to ‘clean up’ afterwards. Heh heh.
